Urban Developers has sold some of the residential plots to its authorized dealers like Manahil Estate however commercial plots are not yet announced.

Booking and Payment Details

Following are the payment details:

1) 2 Kanal : Rs. 6,500,000/-

2) 1 Kanal : Rs. 3,490,000/-

3) 10 Marla : Rs. 1,990,000/-

4) 5 Marla : Rs. 1,390,000/-

Note: 2 Kanal Plots have to be purchased on cash.

Payment terms and booking procedure are as follows:

a) Download the booking form from the link given below, take its printout, fill out all requisite details and send to us along with CNIC copies of self and nominee, and also your passport size photos.

b) Down Payment shall be paid in the form of pay order in favor of LDA City Development Partners.

c) In Case you are not in Pakistan, you can send payment directly to the official account of Manahil Estate.

d) Once your down payment is received, your documents will be submitted along with your down payment and your booking process will start.

e) It will take up to 15 Days until your file is prepared, that will be sent to your given address.

f) After 60-90 days, allocation will be issued to your affidavit file and computerized transfer letter will be issued by LDA office.

Note: 50% development charges are to be paid to LDA before possession. The exact amount of development charges is yet to be announced by LDA that will be paid through 2 years quarterly installments.
