The most awaited good news is that the upcoming Rawalpindi Ring Road which connects Rawat to Thalian interchange has its extension plan out. The ring road will pass along the Airport and connect ICHS Town near its GATE NO. 2 on Airport Road.
Reportedly, Federal Minister Ghulam Sarwar visited ICHS Town recently and confirmed approval of Interchange near Gate no. 2 of ICHS. Once this plan materializes, the society will have direct and easy access from all parts of Islamabad and Rawalpindi with a much shorter travel time.
This is also an important development that will spur constructions in the society. A UAE based company “Al Takmeel Group” is going to build 100 low cost villas in ICHS Town Phase 1. Once few houses are ready and families start living in the society, the whole perception of ICHS Town will change forever.
Al-Takmeel Villas will be built on 5 marla plots in ICHS Town Phase 1. These double storey homes will be launched for booking at a reasonable price with 4 years installments plan. Once construction work starts on these villas, many private builders and individuals may also join the spree, thus escalating land prices in the society.
