
Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has taken a magnificent step towards providing housing solutions for the local and Overseas Pakistanis. Recently, FGEHA has launched residential plots in two approved sectors of the federal capital, Islamabad. As per the details these plots are launched in Sector F-12 and Sector G-12 Islamabad, Both of these sectors are duly approved for development by the Federal Government and Capital Development Authority (CDA).
Overseas and General Public Quota Distribution
A special quota has been reserved for local and overseas Pakistanis:
- A 20% quota of the total residential plots of both sectors is reserved for the local Pakistanis
- 15% quota in both sectors is reserved for Overseas Pakistanis.

Eligibility Criteria
- All Pakistani locals with valid identity cards can apply to purchase plots
- Overseas Pakistanis having NICOP, Dual Nationality or resident permit can also apply for these residential plots
Plot Sizes
The following plot sizes are offered in Sector F-12 and Sector G-12 by FGEHA:
- 139 Sq. Yds.
- 200 Sq. Yds.
- 272 Sq. Yds.
- 356 Sq. Yds.
- 500 Sq. Yds.

How to Apply for Plots?
A simple procedure is introduced by FGEHA for submitting applications for residential plots of Sector F-12 and G-12:
- Interested people can submit applications online on the official website of FGEHA
- The guidelines for online applications are given on the website
- Terms and conditions for booking these plots are given on the official FGEHA website.
- Members need to apply online and submit the application fee in any branch of Askari Bank Limited, the application fee is refundable.
- Overseas Pakistanis can submit the application fee via the Visa/Master cards.
Payment Plan and Installments
FGEHA has launched a facilitative payment plan to provide convenience to the general public and overseas Pakistanis. Members need to submit a non-refundable application fee against the plot sizes. 20% of the total amount is to be paid within 45 days of balloting. The remaining amount can be paid in 12 equal quarterly installments.

Application Deadline
The general public and overseas Pakistanis need to submit their application along with the application by the 10th of October 2023. No applications will be accepted after this deadline, furthermore, applications without the fee will be discarded as well.

Important Points
Interested people can also apply for more than one plot, however, people who get more than one plot will be given a single-choice plot through balloting.
- Plot numbers will be transferred after allotment through the rules and regulations of FGEHA.
- 10% additional charges will be payable for corner plots.
- Allotment will be awarded through computerized balloting.
