Discovery Gardens Islamabad New Bookings Announced by Falaknaz Group
Discovery Gardens Islamabad is a large-scale housing scheme right next to the M-2 Motorway. It is a project of the Falaknaz Group. Discovery Gardens’ new bookings were recently announced by Falaknaz Group.
It is important to mention that Discovery Gardens has been declared illegal by Rawalpindi Development Authority. However, the developers claim to have the ownership of land for the society. Furthermore, they also assure that they have completed the documentation, which will be soon submitted to RDA for the grant of NOC.
The developers have already held the groundbreaking ceremony in the near past, and now the development will formally kick off. Furthermore, limited commercial plots were also launched in society. Payment Plan
All of these new bookings are launched in installments. Interested customers can book their plots with a down payment and pay the rest in 2 variations of installments, monthly or quarterly installments. The number of installments monthly is 48 whereas there are 16 quarterly installments.

- 8 Marla Plot Price: PKR 3,180,000
- 10 Marla Plot Price: PKR 3,980,000
- 1 Kanal Plot Price: PKR 6,380,000
