DHA Islamabad has finally announced to unveil its landmark project “DHA Gandhara” which is often referred to as “DHA Phase 9” at the upcoming DHA Islamabad Property Expo 2024. There is quite a lot of information already available in the market regarding DHA Gandhara, however, this is the first official announcement about the project, so you can expect a lot of details about the project features & maybe about the property types & booking plans.
DHA Islamabad Property Expo 2024 is scheduled to be held at Imperial Hall, JFC Phase 2, DHA Islamabad, on 5th of November 2024 at 06:30 PM to 10:00 PM and 6th of November 2024 at 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

There would be many other projects on display, such as new developments in DHA Phase 4, DHA River View North/South, DHA Down Town GT Road, and numerous other commercial opportunities across all DHA Phases in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
It is worth sparing some time to visit the EXPO and get insight of the latest offerings by DHA Islamabad in that you will get first-hand & in-depth information on the projects. Hence, you will be able to make better investment decision.
DHA Gandhara aka “DHA Phase 9” is ideally situated on main Islamabad Motorway M-2 next to Capital Smart City Phase 2. There is a dedicated interchange planned near Sill River between Blue World City and DHA Gandhara for direct connectivity through Motoway M-2 so the access will be seamless.
If you look at the available master plan of DHA Gandhara, it lies between Capital Smart City and Blue World City. There is not exact information available as to the exact land area acquired by DHA, however it is claimed to be the biggest Phase of DHA in Islamabad.

As you can see on the map above, DHA Gandhara is placed right next to CSC Phase 2. This map is revealed by Capital Smart City for its own marketing purpose, so it may not be complete. Once DHA reveals its own version of the master plan, we will have the authentic information about the expanse of its acquired land and the planned features in DHA Phase 9 Islamabad.
DHA has already issued 1 kanal files against the acquired land which are currently trading in the market. Many investors have already invested in those files which are available on cash payment, however they are non-transferable at present.
Once DHA announces the official payment plan of DHA Gandhara, there could be good sale purchase activity of those affidavit files which only cover the cost of land, while the development charges would be applied by DHA at a later stage.
