Capital Smart City and Blue World City to Develop “Global Cosmopolis” Project
Capital Smart City and Blue World City are two of the most famous and largest housing projects of the twin cities. Capital Smart City is the second Smart Housing Project whereas Blue World City is the first Tourist City of Pakistan. The two projects are collaborating now, on a mega project between the sites named the “Global Cosmopolis”.
The development of the “Global Cosmopolis” project is a collaboration between Capital Smart City and Blue World City, two of Islamabad’s top investment destinations. This project aims to create a modern and innovative route that offers easy connectivity between both of the projects.

The Chairman of Blue World City, Saad Nazir shared this news on his official Twitter account and said that this is good news for the members of both societies. According to the details, both developers will collaborate to construct a link road from Blue World City to Capital Smart City, leading to the newly developed Motorway Interchange of Capital Smart City.
The inhabitants of Blue World City will be able to access the Motorway, via the 18-lane central boulevard of Capital Smart City. The talks for collaboration for this new project are already underway, and proper development will kick off after the signing of the MOU and Agreement. The main aim of this project will be to provide an alternative route for prospective residents of BWC to the Motorway. Similarly, CSC inhabitants will be able to access Chakri Road and Chakri Interchange via the main Boulevard of BWC.
