Capital Development Authority to Complete all Ongoing Projects by July – CDA Chairman
The Chairman of the Capital Development Authority (CDA), Noor-ul-Amin Mengal, recently gave assurance that all ongoing development projects in Islamabad will be completed by June-July of this year.
The most significant ongoing development projects in Islamabad are IJP Road, Margalla Avenue, and Bara Kahu Bypass. These projects have been in the works for quite some time now and have experienced several delays due to various reasons. However, the CDA Chairman assured of its completion by June-July.
Furthermore, the chairman also said that the C Sectors of the capital city Islamabad will be developed according to the international standard and on-time delivery will be ensured. Furthermore, the CDA chairman also shed light on the importance of greenery and green spaces in Islamabad. Mengal also announced that a Green Fund has been established to maintain the green areas of Islamabad.
The Chairman also provided updates on several other development projects in the city, including the construction of new hospitals and educational institutions. The CDA is working hard to ensure that these projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality. 300 private schools will be shifted to new locations, with 55% plot rebates and a 10 years lease.
Furthermore, close monitoring of housing societies will be done by CDA to ensure the violations of the master plan.
