Blue World City Balloting and Possession Hand Over Ceremony
Blue World City recently announced very exciting news for the members of the society. Blue World City balloting, as well as plot possession, was announced for the members of sector 1 of Blue World City.
The management announced the final balloting date for General Block and Overseas Block. Moreover, Possessions will be handed over to the members of Sector 1. The possession of plots will be given to the members who have completed their payments.
For the Overseas Block, the members who booked their plots in this block and cleared 50% payment will be included in this Blue World City balloting. As for the general block, only the members who have cleared 90% of payments against their plots will be a part of this balloting. All the members who have paid a 90% amount regardless of the booking time will be invited to the event.
This balloting and possession handover event will be held on 23rd March 2022 at the Blue World City site. With this event, Blue World City has achieved another milestone and fulfilled the promises made to its members.
All the members who have fulfilled the requirements of the society will be allotted their plot numbers. Another great initiative was also taken by the society; members who booked their files and are unable to pay the installments can return the files to the society and claim refunds.
Previously, the society announced the deadlines for fund clearance and many members did so. But some were left out; the society has facilitated them again and provided the last deadline for clearance of due. Members can now pay their dues till 30th April 2022 to avoid the surcharge. Do remember that this is the final chance of clearance and no more deadlines will be given by society.
