Blue Group of Companies (BGC), the developer of signature housing project “Blue World City” in Islamabad, has come up with a low cost housing project on main Multan Road, Lahore. Quota Policy
Awami Residential Apartments will be sold as per the specified quota. Out of all available apartments, 50% apartments will be given to government employees, 40% apartments will be given to general public and 10% apartments will be given to retired persons & widows.

Prices and Payment Plan
Awami Residential Apartments are meant for low income families, therefore prices are kept very reasonable and payment plan is spanning over 5 years. Bookings start from just 5% down payment, followed by 5% confirmation and 5% allocation charges, while remaining amount is payable in 5 years through monthly and semi-annual installments.

Booking Procedure
Awami Residential Complex Lahore bookings have started from 24th April 2020, and bookings are open till the last unit. If you are interested to book your apartment, you can proceed manually or through online booking procedure.

If you can visit designated UBL bank and want to manually submit your application, you can go through the following procedure:
- Download this Booking Form or visit designated UBL branches across Pakistan to get your application form
- Fill in required details and submit along with required documents and down payment
- Down Payment can be paid in the form of Cash & Pay Order in favor of “Awami Residential Complex Lahore Downpayment”
- Required documents include CNIC Copy and 2x Passport Size Photos
- Submit your form and down payment in any nearby designated branch of UBL
