Bookings start from just 5% down payment, followed by 5% confirmation and 5% allocation charges, while remaining amount is payable in 5 years through monthly and semi-annual installments.

- Download this Booking Form or visit designated UBL branches across Pakistan to get your application form
- Fill in required details and submit along with required documents and down payment
- Down Payment can be paid in the form of Cash & Pay Order in favor of “Awami Residential Complex Lahore Downpayment”
- Required documents include CNIC Copy and 2x Passport Size Photos
- Submit your form and down payment in any nearby designated branch of UBL
