T&T Employees Cooperative Housing Scheme sector F-17 Islamabad has given out a public notice on newspaper regarding its policy to cancel all open plot files.
Many investors and dealers have kept their files open in order to trade files conveniently but as per the revised policy of T&T ECHS, these open files will not be eligible for open transfer after 26th of March 2015.
All those who own these open files should transfer to their names before the given deadline in order to avoid inconvenience or heavy fines which may be imposed after the due date.
The notice was published in daily Jang on 11th of March 2015, and a copy of the notice is attached below:
