The Life Residencia First Balloting
The Life Residencia is a modern and luxurious housing project in Islamabad brought to you by Safe Hand Group. Recently, The Life Residencia balloting dates were announced by the administration, this is indeed good news for the investors and members of the society.
It is important to mention that this will be the first general balloting of The Life Residencia Housing Society. The administration of The Life Residencia announced this piece of good news in a small gathering of realtors, which took place at the head office of the society.
Balloting Date
The first-ever balloting of The Life Residencia will be held on 9 September 2023. Most probably, different residential and commercial plots will be balloted in this event. The management has also released the terms and conditions for this balloting, and we will give you insights.
It is important to mention that the society administration has not yet announced the venue for the balloting, but it will be announced soon. Furthermore, this is a residential balloting and residential plots of all sizes and categories will be balloted. Moreover, this balloting will be held for the Gold Block of the society.

The Life Residencia First Balloting Conditions
The management of the society has kept just one condition to become a part of this upcoming balloting which is as follows:
- All the members interested in becoming part of The Life Residencia’s first balloting should close their files before 9 September 2023.
- All new and old ADC closed files of the Gold Block will be balloted in the upcoming event.
- No open files will be entertained in the first balloting of society.
