The management has introduced a special relief package or discount policy for customers upon payment of due and outstanding installments.
The details of special discount Policy are as follows:
- Customers can avail of a flat 5% with LPS (late payment surcharge) surcharge wavier on clearance of outstanding payment up till 31 August 2021.
- Customers can get a 7% discount in case of submitting advance payment from 1 September 2021 onwards.
If you are a customer of Taj Residencia and you have some installments due, now is the chance is to clear your dues and avail special discount. Make sure you pay the dues by 31 August 2021. The dues can be cleared through deposit/transfer payments in the Taj Residencia Bank account.
