T and T ECHS annual public meeting

T and T ECHS Cooperative Housing Society will hold the annual Public Meeting on 17th December 2022. T and T ECHS annual public meeting will be an open event and it will be held in Aura Grande E-11/4 Islamabad. The event will formally start at 11:00 a.m. sharp and all the members are invited to attend this event as management will discuss the society policy for the coming year 2023.

The 19th annual meeting of T and T ECHS Cooperative Housing Society was canceled due to the restrictions of Covid-19. T and T ECHS annual public meeting will start with a briefing of the General Secretary and General Manager. The details of approved audited accounts in the year 2019, 2020, and 2021 are already uploaded on the society website for the facilitation of members.

Agenda of T and T ECHS Annual Meeting 2022

Members of the society will be briefed on the following planned developments in T and T ECHS Cooperative Housing Society:

  • An agreement is already signed between the society and PTCL for the provision of telephone and internet throughout the society. 70% to 80% of society is also provisioned with these services and work is underway that will be completed at the end of this month.
  • Furthermore, the society has also signed an agreement with a company Messers Hassan Ibrahim and Co. which is approved by WAPDA for the provision of electricity and a survey of costs for this purpose.
  • The members will be briefed on the costs of shifting site offices, mosques, parks, filtration plants, and street lights to solar energy.
  • Briefing of the gas connection supplied 2 years ago and further provision of gas throughout the society.
  • Officials of the society will also brief the members about the work and costs of new entry gates, railways fees, and security barriers installation.
  • The society has canceled the membership of members who failed to clear the dues in the given time frame. A briefing will be given on how such members can their plots back as per the latest market prices and society policy.
  • Members will be informed about the 75% to 80% development work in addition to the no-possession land of the society which is about 20% to 25%. Officials will brief the owners of non-possession plots on the future planning and policy of T and T ECHS Cooperative Housing Society.
  • The management will also brief the members of the 2 Billion PKR corruption case of Chaudry Basit Masood that is currently being dealt with in the High Court.
  • The management of society will inform the members of the changes as per the newly approved maps.
  • Moreover, a briefing on work on the graveyard in the society will be delivered.
  • Officials will guide the members about the development and completion of commercial plazas as per the CDA Modalities-2020 Act Section 5.
  • Members will be guided about the revised service charges that will be implemented after approval from society management.

Administration and Capital Costs and Approvals

  • The approval of funds for development funds like electricity provision, gas provision, development work, and material supply.
  • The agreement with the local newspaper Rozanama and expenses for the timely communication between the society and members.
  • The information on tenders for the development work in T and T ECHS Cooperative Housing Society.
  • Furthermore, briefing about the development of family parks and horticulture work in the society.
  • The approval of another water filtration plant in society for the provision of clean drinking water in the society.
  • The upgrade of the T and T ECHS Cooperative Housing Society site office for maximum facilitation of consumers.
  • The transfers and allotments of units of commercial projects and approval of the memberships.
  • Members will be briefed about the status of refunds, non-adjustable plots, and resized plots and the policy and information of merged files to date.

Note

Members who want to attend this event are requested to bring their original CNIC, allotment letter, and invitation letter along with them. Non-concerned people will not be allowed to attend this event and members should not bring their families to T and T ECHS annual public meeting.
