According to a public notice issued by CDA, the management of CECHS (civilian employees cooperative housing scheme) which is located in zone 5 of Islamabad and known as Soan Gardens Housing Scheme, have violated the NOC by developing a project named Soan Arcade on the land approved for graveyard in the approved layout plan.
CDA has cautioned the general public to refrain from booking any unit in the said project as this is in violation of the NOC, moreover the developers are warned to stop this development, failing which legal action can be taken by CDA.
