Sector B-17 Multi-Gardens Block F Launch, Prices and Booking Details
MPCHS is launching block F of Multi-gardens project in sector B-17 Islamabad. The launch of block F will be officially announced next week (from 28 april -4 May 2014).

F block Location
This block is planned in the area along motorway beside E block. The area is at reasonable distance from margalla hills, therefore it won’t have any problem due to crushing on margalla hills.

Prices and Installment Details
F block comes with a 2.5 year installment plan. Prices are kept little higher and seem to be according to the current market prices of this size of plots in block E. However, the plots will be available on 2.5 year installment plan, so it is affordable for investors as well as general buyers.

Booking
MPCHS is selling most of the plots to dealers directly and general public will be able to get booking through computerized balloting. Confirm booking price is 1 Lac Profit for all plots. Booking started this monday 11th of May and finished on 14th of May 2014. Now only confirm booking option is available which is given through authorized dealers from the reserved quota.
Down payment will be paid in favor of Multi Professionals Cooperative Housing Society, Islamabad, while the confirm booking charges are taken additionally.
