Rudn Enclave Signs MOU with Olive Homes for Construction of Homes in Society
Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi is a luxurious housing society that is achieving different milestones regularly. After launching the PHATA-approved Overseas Block and constructing solar parks, now the administration has signed an MOU with a firm for the development of houses in the society.
As per the latest updates from the officials, Rudn Enclave has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Olive Homes for the construction of houses at the site of the society. This is a breakthrough for the society and its members as well because the administration is striving to make the project of international standards.
A gracious MOU signing ceremony was held for this purpose at the Head office of Rudn Enclave site, on main Adyala Road Rawalpindi. This auspicious event was not only attended by the higher management of Rudn Enclave, but also by Mr Davey Lee, Chairman XinXing International, Muhammad Abdullah Asiri from KSA, and the chairman of Olive Homes, Chaudhry Ahsan Hafeez.
At this event, the special guests spoke to the attendees; they not only praised the development efforts of the developers but also expressed great confidence in this MOU between both parties. Many details are not yet revealed by the administration, but one thing is for sure, the administration will soon launch this sub-project and members will be able to buy ready-made homes in Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi.
This is yet another major achievement for the administration of Rudn Enclave. With the collaboration of Olive Homes, luxury homes will be developed in society. It is still unknown, which block will house these homes.
