Capital Development Working Party (CDWP) has recently approved PC-1 for the CDA Park Enclave Housing Project in Zone 4 of Islamabad adjacent to Bahria Enclave Islamabad. Park Enclave project has been a stigma on the name of CDA for quite a long time, but CDA is now actively working to complete this project.
Following this goal, CDA rescheduled the installment plan of Park Enclave Housing Project to facilitate the allotees, and now the CDWP has approved PC-1 worth 2.69 Billion Rupees for the infrastructure development work of Park Enclave. The approval to PC-1 was given on Monday 20th of January 2014 at a meeting held in the CDA headquarters in Islamabad, which was attended by member of Planning Commission, Cabinet division, CDA boards and other concerned authorities.
The development funds will be spent on construction of roads, water supply, sewerage system, drainage system and sewerage treatment plant. The infrastructure development work also includes landscaping, construction of family parks for residents as well as bridges for the Park Enclave Project. Gas and electricity provision, boundary walls and security system installations are also part of this development work.
