OPF Greens Farm Houses Lahore Launched for Overseas Pakistanis
Overseas Pakistanis Foundation has come up with an exclusive flagship project of luxury farm houses on Raiwind Road, Lahore. The project is named OPF Greens Farm Houses and it offers limited 4 kanal farm houses on easy installments plan. This offer is only available to the members of OPF foundation i.e. Overseas Pakistanis.
OPF Greens Farm Houses are ideally located right next to Lake City Housing Scheme on Raiwind Road. This place lies at about 13 KM from Thokar Niaz Baig Chowk, and about 2 KM from Ring Road Southern Loop.

OPF Scheme in Lahore is planned over approximately 558 kanals of land. Out of which, 336 kanals are allocated for farm houses, while remaining 222 kanals of land have been reserved for OPF Town. The Town will offer 5 marla, 6 marla and 8 marla residential plots in near future to the overseas Pakistanis only.
Development work on the site of OPF Greens Farm Houses has been started already. The project master plan has been duly approved from LDA, and there are very limited farm houses up on offer in this scheme.

The society has determined price per kanal of these farm houses at 78 lacs. A 4 kanal farm house will cost 3.12 Crore, however exact price of a certain farm house will be determined according to the actual size.
Following are the prices and payment schedule of OPF Greens:
Please note that corner and boulevard plots will be charged at 10% extra price from the regular ones. Specific amenities charges will be applied in future at the time of possession.
OPF Greens Farm Houses are available for booking subject to success in computerized ballot. Due to very limited availability of farm houses, the foundation has invited applications from all interested Overseas Pakistanis. Last date to apply is 18th March 2019.
Since this offer is available to Overseas Pakistanis only, so anybody who is member of OPF or living abroad can apply for farm houses. If any OPF member has returned to Pakistan permanently in less than 3 years, he is also eligible to apply in this scheme.
Those who are interested to apply in this scheme can go through the following procedure:
- Download the Booking Form
- Fill out and Attach Required Documents
- Prepare a Pay Order/Demand Draft in any currency in favor of Overseas Pakistanis Foundation Islamabad.
- You have to pay processing fee, down payment, OPF registration fee and brochure fee.
- Down Payment is refundable in case you come out successful in the ballot.
- Submit the form along with documents and pay order at OPF office in Islamabad.
