Nova City Islamabad Ballot Results
Nova City Islamabad has finally conducted the first-ever computerized ballot of its general residential & commercial plots on Tuesday, 10th of January, 2023. All eligible residential plot files were included in the ballot to allot plot numbers. However, commercial plots ballot is scheduled to be held in February 2022. Nova City has also released its official map after the announcement of ballot results.
A comprehensive event was planned for the ballot at project site on Fateh Jang Road and all eligible members & their families were invited. A family fest was also organized for the families which included Kid’s Games, Food, Live concert & much more. Top Pakistani singers were invited at the event to entertain the guests.

Official ballot ceremony was held at 8:30 PM and results are uploaded to the website. Those who were present at the event were able to check their results immediately, however those who couldn’t attend the event can check their results online by entering their NC/NCI numbers and CNIC numbers. Nova City will send an OPT authentication code to your mobile number that will be required to show ballot result.

General Block comprises six residential blocks namely A, B, C, D, E & F. Each block has different sizes of residential plots, i.e. 5 Marla, 10 Marla, 1 Kanal & 2 Kanal. Sector F has one big commercial market where all commercial plots are given. Each block is displayed in different color scheme so that you can distinguish a block on the map.
