New Metro City Special Balloting will be held on 30th September 2022
New Metro City Gujar Khan special balloting will be held in September to accommodate the later comers. People who failed to close their files can still get plots in A Block.
Early Bird balloting of New Metro City was a success, and a total of 1962 files were balloted for Block A. However, many members were left out of this balloting because they failed to submit their open files. Most of the members were uncertain about the NOC status of this society, therefore delaying file submission. Now, to accommodate such members, management is arranging New Metro City special balloting in September 2022.

Following is a snapshot of the notification of special balloting:
According to officials of society, a 30% new quota is specified by New Metro City in A Block in the pleasure of obtaining NOC (No Objection Certificate) and LOP (Preliminary Planning Permission) from Rawalpindi Development Authority. This quota will be used to facilitate the remaining members. New Metro City special balloting will be held on 30th September. Members are advised to submit their open files till 29 September 2022 to become eligible for this upcoming balloting.
The following plot sizes will be balloted in this upcoming event:
- 5 Marla
- 7 Marla
- 8 Marla
- 10 Marla
- 14 Marla
- 1 Kanal
Members should keep in mind that this is the last chance to get plots allotted in A Block of New Metro City. So they should timely close their files to get included in this special balloting. Furthermore, people who still do not succeed in getting their plots balloted in this event will be accommodated in B Block. Society officials stated that B Block will be launched soon and its balloting will be held in 8 to 9 months.
