New Metro City Gujar Khan is a reputed housing society in the Gujar Khan Area of Rawalpindi District launched by widely known BSM Developers. As per the latest updates, the balloting of B Block was recently conducted on time, as promised by the society, and the balloting schedule was released back in 2022.

The management promised to deliver these results in a period of 8 to 10 working days and they have fulfilled their promise. The process of checking results is very easy, the society did not follow a traditional approach of releasing a document of balloted plots. Instead, the results were uploaded to the online portal of New Metro City Gujar Khan.
To check the balloting results, follow the procedure given below:
- First of all, you need to head on to the official website of New Metro City via this link: https://www.newmetrocity.com.pk/
- Then, in the top right corner, you will see a button labeled “Ballot of B Blocks”. Click on this button and you will be redirected to the balloting page.
- Next, there is a form on this page, First, enter your CNIC/NICOP numbers.
- Enter your registration number, allotted by the society against your plot file.
- Click the check button and you will see the result, whether your plot got balloted or not.
This is the procedure to check the balloting status of your plot in New Metro City Gujar Khan. In the future, the society is planning to hold the grand ballot of C Block. Originally, this ballot was planned on 30th December 2022, but due to unforeseen circumstances and delay in clearance of dues it is delayed.
