New City Paradise Discloses Revised Prices for Commercial Plots
New City Paradise is a mixed-use housing project in Hasan Abdal, near M-1 Motorway. It is a PHATA-approved society, that offers a wonderful mix of residential and commercial plots. As per the latest updates, New City Paradise revised commercial prices are officially disclosed and they will be effective in November. Until now, the commercial plots of the society were available on the old rates.
New City Paradise Revised Commercial Prices
As you already know, 3 sizes of commercial plots including 2.5 Marla, 4 Marla, and 7 Marla are available in the society. However, they will be available at new rates
The details of new prices of commercial plots are as follows:
New City Paradise 2.5 Marla Commercials
The new price of NCP 2.5 Marla commercial plots is increased to PKR 6,750,000. Similarly, the booking price and confirmation payment is also increased to PKR 650,000. The monthly installment is now PKR 76,000, and 4 balloon payments are PKR 750,000. Furthermore, PKR 750,000 are payable at the time of balloting and possession.
New City Paradise 4 Marla Commercials
The new total cost of 4 Marla commercials is PR 1,100,000, whereas the booking is PKR 1,050,000. The installments are increased to PKR 115,500. Confirmation charges are same as the booking price. Furthermore, the balloon payment is PKR 610,000. Moreover, PKR 1,150,000 are the balloting and possessions charges of 4 Marla commercials.
New City Paradise 7 Marla Commercials
The total price of 7 Marla commercial plots is now PKR 18,500,000, and the booking amount and confirmation charges are PKR 1,800,000. The installments will be PKR 190,000, and balloon payments are PKR 1,190,000. The balloting charges are PKR 1,650,00, and same are the confirmation charges.

New Payment Plan Implementation Date
The prices will be effective from 15th November 2023, and no files will be available on old rates.
The development of New City Paradise is underway, and the developers will announce balloting soon. The new rates of NCP commercials will benefit the old members automatically, as the prices of their already existing files will be increased. It is still a good time to invest in NCP commercial plots, as the rates will increase significantly in future as development pursues.
