Mall of Arabia is another themed shopping mall project by Agency21 after the tremendous success of Amazon Malls and Hotels in DHA Phase 2 Islamabad. The project is purely a commercial venture with indoor shopping mall having different segments dedicated for different products and brands on each level. Currently, the company is offering limited shops in this pre-launch period at introductory prices.
Mall of Arabia is ideally located at the entrance of Jinnah Gardens on main Islamabad Highway. The location is ideal from business point of view due to unavailability of indoor shopping malls in the neighborhood which can cater to the residents of multiple housing schemes including Capital Enclave, Pakistan Town, Jinnah Gardens, Ghori Town, Naval Anchorage, Gulberg, PWD and DHA.

The project is all commercial with dedicated commercial and entertainment segments on each floor, and it will span up to 7th floor. However, pre-launch bookings are being offered for ground, mezzanine, first and second floor shops.
