Lahore Smart City Selection Criteria and Conditions for Overseas One, Exec One Balloting
Recently, Lahore Smart City announced the selection criteria and terms for the Overseas One and Executive One 10 balloting. These are two of the most sought-after categories for potential investors, and the selection criteria and terms are designed to ensure that the process is fair and transparent.
The selection criterion was closed by the administration of Lahore Smart City, and the announcement was made in a press release issued on 27th March 2023. However, the deadline was extended due to a large number of requests from customers and sales partners. Furthermore, the balloting of Overseas One and Executive One will be held on 13th May 2023. Moreover, balloting will be conducted in different phases, and this is the first phase.
Following are the terms and conditions released by the administration of Lahore Smart City:
- From March 29 to April 4, 2023, members who have made down payments of 100%, 50%, and 40% and have received an acknowledgment receipt for the first balloting can choose their plots.
- If they have met the selection criteria for the first phase (60%) and have cleared their installments on schedule, they can select their plot from April 5 to April 12, 2023, provided they have the selection acknowledgment receipt for the first balloting.
- Members who have received their acknowledgment receipts after the company’s announcement for balloting criteria (minimum 60%) can select their plot from April 13 to April 19, 2023, given that they have the selection acknowledgment receipt for the first balloting.
- Members may either visit the Lahore Smart City DHA Phase 8 office and Head Office F-11 Markaz Islamabad or use the Member Web Portal to select their plots.
- To avoid any complications, all members must ensure they have cleared their outstanding installments according to the schedule provided at the time of selection.
Members of Lahore Smart City can go to the head offices or the online member portal. However, the members are advised to select plots via the online portal to avoid long lines and waiting queues. Moreover, the members will first have to register on the website and continue the procedure.
Members who have cleared the 60% of the plot value should clear the outstanding dues to avoid any problems and delays. The management of Lahore Smart City has thanked the authorized dealers and customers for their support.
