LDA City Lahore has announced the schedule of development charges for its residential plots. The development charges are applicable on the allottees of LDA City Phase 1 Jinnah Sector which is currently under development. The development charges will be payable in 2 years through 8 equal quarterly installments, while first installment will be payable latest by 15th of May, 2020.
Earlier, the deadline for first installment was 7th April that was extended to 30th April, and then 7th May, however, the date has now been further extended till 15th May 2020 due to countrywide coronavirus lockdown.
The development charges on residential plots are very reasonable, and payment plan is quite flexible. Total amount of development charges for each plot size is mentioned below:
- 5 Marla Plot: 4 Lac Rupees
- 10 Marla Plot: 6.90 Lac Rupees
- 1 Kanal Plot: 11.50 Lac Rupees
- 2 Kanal Plot: 23 Lac Rupees

The payment challan can be downloaded from LDA City’s Website by entering your file number. You can print 4 copies of the challan and submit your charges in the form of cash or pay order in any nationwide branch of Allied Bank.
Please note that 17.5% surcharge will be levied in case of payment after due date. It is also important to mention here that you cannot sell/transfer your files without payment of due development charges.
