LDA City has announced its last date for booking of residential plots for the phase 1 of this mega housing scheme. The booking is available on first come first served basis, so there is still ample time for you to make up your mind and book your plot in LDA City Lahore.
LDA City offers residential plots of 5, 10 marla and 1,2 kanal on installment as well as on full cash payment with 10% discount. Marketing service is provided by Star Marketing (pvt) Limited which is the pioneer in innovative techniques for real estate marketing in Pakistan.
If you compare the old payment plan with the new one, you will see that the prices have been revised for 10 marla and 1 kanal plots. 10 marla plot price was increased by 1 lac rupees and 1 kanal plot price was increased by 2 lac rupees.

According to the sponsors, the project consists on 3 phases and the booking of first phase is going on at full swing. The sponsors claim to hand over possession of first phase of LDA City within 2 years since they have started development work in Phase 1 of LDA City Lahore. The actual on ground situation of the scheme is still unknown as many say there is nothing on ground yet, and the development work has not even started. According to few sources, the development partners of this scheme are still engaged in the process of land acquisition, therefore the claim of possession in 2 years seems to be a far cry.
After the excessive marketing techniques used by start marketing, the project seems to have got fair attention of general public as well as investors across the country. They have successfully booked large number of plots in phase 1, therefore they have announced last date for booking of plots i.e. April 09, 2015.
