Recently, the balloting event for DHA Homes was held in DHA Valley Islamabad. This event was led by DG Major General Naveed Safdar. Some realtors were also invited to this balloting event. Some information on the future events of DHA Valley was also given to the realtors.
First of all, the breaking news from this event is the balloting of commercial plots of DHA Valley. Commercial plots will be balloted possibly in mid of March 2022 or the first week of April 2022. This is indeed exciting news for the members of this society.
Not only this but another great news was also announced in this event. The management also announced DHA Valley Islamabad balloting of 5,000 to 10,000 residential plots in the non-balloted blocks of the society soon.
Furthermore, DG General Naveed Akhtar also announced that the management is taking the required steps against the land mafia to acquire the land for the society. Plenty of land area is already acquired by DHA Valley whereas further efforts are being made and management will hopefully get all the land rightfully owned by the society.
