Lahore Smart City Discount and Second Balloting Policy August 2023
Lahore Smart City is the first-ever smart housing project in Pakistan, and the fourth one in the Asian Continent, LSC is a rapidly progressing housing project in Lahore, that aims to change the infrastructure and living standards of the city. Lahore Smart City second ballot policy was recently announced by the developers. In addition to this, a discount policy was also disclosed by the administration.
Lahore Smart City Second Balloting
As per the details shared by LSC management, Lahore Smart City Second ballot will commence on 18 September 2023. The administration guided the members with location selection acknowledgment slips that should clear their pending dues before 16 September 2023. Doing so will not only make them eligible for plot selection but also the discounts offered on residential and commercial plots. Failure to submit pending dues before the balloting will result in forfeiting of the right to choose location plots.
A selection priority given below will be followed for plot allocation:
1st Priority of Selection
- All members who clear their remaining dues between 21st August and 26th August will be given the first priority.
2nd Priority of Selection
- Members who clear their outstanding dues between 28th August and 2nd September will be given the second priority.
3rd Priority of Selection
- Members who submit their dues from 4th September to 9th September will get the third priority.
4th Priority of Selection
- Lastly, the members who submit dues between 11th and 16th September 2023, will get the last priority.
Note
Members who failed to acquire the acknowledgment receipts for 2nd balloting, but want to become a part of it should get the slips by depositing 75% of the total plot price for the choice plot. Furthermore, they can pay 60% payment if they want to get a random location plot before 2nd September 2023. Members are advised to join the online portal to avoid any inconvenience.
Lahore Smart City Discount Policy
The following is the discount policy of Lahore Smart City is as follows:
- Members can get a 3% discount if they clear their outstanding dues against their residential and commercial plots.
- Members can avail 6% discount on advance installments against residential and commercial plots
- Furthermore, 7 discount is offered to members who book their plots with 50% payment and 12% discount on buying plots with 100% payment.
Note: Keep in mind that the discount can be availed up to 3 installments, and not applicable on dues clearance through file merging.
