How to Convert Capital Smart City General Block Plots Into Executive Block?

If you own an active residential or commercial plot file in General Block of Capital Smart City, you are eligible to avail this facility. General Block implies the plots booked by resident Pakistanis. It is important to mention here that you should convert your files only if you can pay your installments timely as per schedule, otherwise you can be shifted back to General Block any time.
Following is the procedure to convert your files from General Block into Executive Block:
- General Block members have to pay 20% down payment (booking+confirmation), as well as first quarterly installment before applying.
- If a member has already paid first quarterly installment, they must pay next quarterly installment before applying for conversion.
- Download this Application Form to apply for change of block.
- Take a print of the Application Form, and fill in required particulars.
- After deposit of outstanding payments, members can submit their application form for conversion along with a verified copy of payment receipt.
Following are some important points to note:
- Last date to apply for conversion without any additional charges is 24th of May 2019.
- After 24th May 2019, PKR 5000 will be charged as conversion fee and 30% additional charges will be applied on the initial booking price.
- General Block members who pay off all of their outstanding dues will be given better locations in Executive Block.
- Executive Block plot prices will be approximately 30% higher than General Block.
- If a member doesn’t pay their quarterly installments timely after conversion, he may be shifted back to General Block.
- Executive block has limited plots quota for General Block members, therefore the Company can close this conversion facility any time without notice.
