Fazaia Karachi Starts Booking of Standards and Luxury Apartments
Fazaia Housing Scheme Karachi has finally announced booking of its standard and luxury apartments project. Booking forms have been mailed to the registered addresses of project members and only registered members are eligible to apply for the booking.
Booking forms are free of cost and those who have purchased open membership certificates from the market or those who couldn’t receive the courier can obtain these booking forms from the registered offices of Fazaia Housing Scheme in Lahore, Karachi and Rawalpindi.
Fazaia Housing Scheme Karachi has also disclosed its location which is right next to Dream World Resort on Northern By-Pass.
Payment plan of standard and luxury apartments has also been published which spans over 5 years i.e. 30 bi monthly installments. The payment plan is sent to all members along with booking form and it is also published on newspaper ads.
Balloting will be conducted after the booking is closed and successful applicants will be able to get apartments. Successful applicants will also be eligible to obtain housing finance (loan).
Booking forms can be submitted along with pay order of down payment at all branches of HBL across the country as well as registered offices of Fazaia Karachi in Lahore, Karachi and Rawalpindi.
Those who have more than one membership certificate can adjust these certificates against 60,000/- PKR each. Total 4 memberships can be adjusted in one booking, so total PKR 240,000/- can be adjusted in the payment plan through these memberships.
