Only 35×70, 40×80 and 50×90 size plots are available at level prices today, whereas 25×50 and 30×60 size plots have been held back & being sold by adding profit to the actual prices.
Despite the black marketing tactics, it is still a project worth investment in Islamabad due to the potential of this location & development standards of the company.
