Faisal Residencia E17 Islamabad – A Project of Zedem International

Zedem International has come up with another housing development project by the name of Faisal Residencia in sector E-17 Islamabad. This is another project by the developers of Faisal Town F-18, which is currently under speedy development.

Faisal Residencia is now being launched on first come first served basis, and it offers residential plots of 5, 7, 10, 14 marla and 1 kanal with 3 years payment plan.

Payorders for down payment will be made in favor of “ZEDEM INTERNATIONAL (PVT) LTD ISLAMABAD”.

Since number of smaller plots are limited in the scheme and same manipulation tactics are being used by authorized agents and the society itself, it is very difficult to get smaller plots at the given booking prices. Only 35×70, 40×80 and 50×90 size plots are available at level prices today, whereas 25×50 and 30×60 size plots have been held back & being sold by adding profit to the actual prices.

Despite the black marketing tactics, it is still a project worth investment in Islamabad due to the potential of this location & development standards of the company.
