DHA Valley Announces the Results of First Commercials Balloting
We already informed you earlier about the DHA Valley Commercials Balloting, the ballot was successfully held on 9th June 2022. DHA Valley commercial Ballot Result has been announced the results. This was the most anticipated and long-awaited balloting as DHA Valley held the balloting for residential plots often, but this was the first commercial ballot.
This is indeed good news for the commercial file owners. DHA Valley management announced the balloting results on their official website and notified the members and concerned personnel through a notice published on their official Facebook page.
DHA Valley Commercial Ballot event was held at the main office of the society located in Phase 5. This time, the balloting of 4 and 8 Marla plots is done by society. Also, the society included all the commercial files irrespective of the status (no-surcharge, zero or low surcharge, and waived-off) of the commercial files. The main reason for including all the commercial files is the long waiting period for the commercial ballot.
