DHA Quetta Commercial Plots First Installment Date Extended
DHA Quetta is a large-scale project of the Armed Forces of Pakistan that features a contemporary lifestyle and international standard infrastructure. Due to a large number of requests from the members, investors, and realtors, DHA Quetta’s first installment date has been extended once again by the administration. It is important to mention that this date was extended once in the past, however, it is extended again, keeping in view, the economic conditions of the country and the appeal of the members.
The extension of DHA Quetta’s first installment date has been announced this news on their official website and social media pages. DHA administration takes different steps to empower and help the esteemed members of society. They tend to provide as much convenience as they can, therefore, they have once again accepted the requests and extended the first installment date. It is also important to mention that this extension is only applicable to DHA Quetta Early Bird commercial plots.

The final date to submit the first installment against the commercial plots is extended till 5th September 2023. Previously, this date was extended till 17 July 2023, but many members failed to submit the first installment due to different reasons. These crucial steps enable the members to sort their finances and get an adequate amount of time for installment submission.
It is advised that you should not wait for the last date, submit the installments early, and give back to management for their care and facilitation of the customers. Furthermore, the administration will continue operations such as development and delivery, when they are getting funds timely through installments and other dues.

In addition to this, DHA Quetta has also extended the deadline for the discount on the development charges. Customers can now get discounts till 5th September 2023. This offer was introduced for Sector A-6 only, people who are yet to pay development charges can still avail of this discount.
