DHA Quetta Officially Launches Early Bird Commercials
News: Defense Housing Authority is paying special attention to DHA Quetta. The administration of DHA announced the launch of DHA Quetta Early Bird commercials in society. This new launch was announced by the authority on its official Facebook page and website.
The administration of DHA Quetta has finally announced the most awaited commercials, as the name indicates these are Early Bird category plots and special priority will be given to early buyers. These plots were launched by DHA Quetta on 28th February 2023.
The following plot sizes are available in DHA Quetta Early Bird commercials Category:
- 4 Marla
- 8 Marla
- 1 Kanal
The bookings of these newly launched commercials in DHA Quetta will be open from 3rd March to 20th March. In addition to the Early Bird Commercials, the authority also announced the opening of the DHA Quetta regional office in Peshawar. It is present at JB Tower on main University Road, Peshawar. This office was inaugurated on 20th February, it is fully functional and customers can get all the services under one roof.
This recent launch of the DHA Quetta Commercials and regional office has attracted a large number of investors from different cities in Pakistan. Moreover, the official payment plan for these commercials is also launched by the DHA administration.
Following are the prices of commercial plots of DHA Quetta:
- 4 Marla early bird commercials have a total cost of PKR 22,220,000 whereas they can be booked with a down payment.
- Similarly, 8 Marla plots have a total value of 36,036,000 and they can be booked by clearing a down payment.
- The total price of 1 Kanal plot is 72,072,000 and they can be booked with a lower down payment.
