DHA Phase 3 Islamabad New Booking Details, Location and Payment Plan

DHA Property Exchange has announced limited residential and commercial plots on attractive quarterly installments in DHA Phase 3 (Ex. Serene City), Islamabad. Limited 5 marla, 5.33 marla, 8 marla, 10 marla, and 1 kanal residential plots as well as 2.67 marla, 5.33 marla, 7.11 marla, and 10.67 marla commercial plots are being offered on 1 year installments plan. 

As we already know that DHA took over Serene City Zone 5 to 9 a few years back, and plot owners were given 3 options.

1- Get alternate 1 kanal plot in Bahria Town

2- Get refund of paid amount

3- Pay extra development charges to DHA and retain the plot

Those who opted for first or second options withdrew from their plot ownership and same plots are being offered by DHA on installments.

As you can see on the map, 10 marla plots are being offered in ex-zone 9, 5 and 8 marla plots are being offered in ex-zone 6, 5.33 marla plots are being offered in ex-zone 5 and 1 kanal plots are being offered in ex-zone 7. This area is easily accessible through GT road as well as through Bahria Town Phase 7 via Japan Road.

DHA Phase 3 residential and commercial plots are being offered on first come first served basis. You will need to pay 20 lacs down payment, while remaining amount will be payable in 1 years through equal quarterly installments.

Since Serene City is a developed area, DHA offers possession of plots after 50% payment of plot price. This gives you the opportunity to apply for possession during your installment term, and start construction of your house right away. The given prices include all government taxes and society fees, so you will incur no additional hidden charges.
