DHA City Karachi issues a public notice regarding Sector 17 files which are being traded openly in the Market. According to the notice, DHA has not officially launched sector 17 of DHA City, however it has issued limited files of sector 17 to the owners against their land acquired for the future expansion of DHA City.
DHA cautions general public regarding the ongoing sale purchase of sector 17 files as some of the files selling in the market are fake and illegal. DHA does not take responsibility of any transactions done in the market for sale purchase of such fake/illegal files. DHA clearly states that it will be responsible only for those transactions which are executed through transfer and record directorate of DHA Karachi.
