DHA Multan Development Calendar 2022
Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan has recently announced its development Calendar for the year 2022. They have shared this over their website and social media pages and the plan is well structured. As per the sources, the development calendar was shared at an event that was held for Business Partners and the possession of plots in Sector N.
The development milestones planned for the calendar year 2022 starting from this month are as follows:
DHA Multan Development in February 2022
DHA Multan has planned that they are going to organize a grand opening for RUMANZA in February. Moreover, they have also planned the inauguration of Dealer Enclave-2 highly anticipated news for the dealers. Moreover, there will be balloting of 4 Marla and possession of 2 Marla in sector N.
Development in March 2022
March is filled with events of importance as DHA Multan has planned to introduce Rescue 1122 this month. Iqbal Gate will be inaugurated in March as well. Spring Gala Events are also planned during this month.
DHA Multan Development in April 2022
The month of April seems to be dedicated to the business community as the DHA Shopping Arcade is planned for April. An addition of a grid station of 132 KVA will also be introduced to increase the capacity of electricity in the housing society.
1-Kanal Plots in Sectors A and U will be developed this month as well making it a productive month for DHA Multan.
DHA Multan Development in May 2022
The development in May highlights the groundbreaking of Sector O, DHA Inspire Gardens, and Iqbal Avenue. The Foundation stone of Masjid-e-Umer in Sector U of DHA Multan would be laid in May 2022.
Development in June 2022
During June sports enthusiasts are going to be delighted with the Night Golf Tournament. Syed Ali Shah Geelani Park would be inaugurated in Sector U of DHA Multan.
DHA Multan Development in July 2022
Mango Festival is planned for July which is considered to be the peak season of Mango production. The groundbreaking ceremony for the Mango Museum will also take place along with the opening of Masjid e Quba in Sector Q of DHA Multan.
DHA Multan Development in August 2022
SRA Gate and Chaudary Rehmat Ali Avenue are planned for August. The month will also highlight the opening of Pakistan Square. The development of a park in Sector I would start along with the opening of Masjid Rehmat-ul-Almeen in Sector R.
DHA Multan Development in September 2022
As construction enters the month of September, possession of 8 Marla plots in Sector V would be awarded. This month would also highlight the groundbreaking of FAST University. Other development works include the opening of the Ring Road southern loop and the opening of Masjid Al-Rehman in RUMANZA.
DHA Multan Development in October 2022
A Club House would be inaugurated in RUMANZA along with the groundbreaking of NUML University.
DHA Multan Development in November 2022
The 3rd session of balloting for Sector I will occur in November along with the possession of plots in Sector V.
DHA Multan Development in December 2022
As the year will end, the possession of plots in Sector I is planned. Moreover, the opening of the Indoor Sports Complex will take place in Sector L.
