Here comes the most awaited news for DHA Homes in ill-fated DHA Valley Islamabad.The authority has finally announced the re-ballot date for possession of dha homes. Re-ballot is going to be held on 7th June 2017 at Jungle Restaurant, DHA Phase 1 Islamabad.
According to the sources, DHA is going to announce possessions for about 100 to 200 homes only in this first ballot. Only those members will be preferred for possession who have paid their installments on time and didn't incur any surcharge in the entire payment period.
This is an important development for DHA Valley, as its prices have been very low for past several years, and its future has been obscure due to very slow development and pending possession of homes. After this development, prices of homes as well as residential & commercial plots are quite likely to rise.
DHA Homes has proper entrance from Kallar Syedan Road, and that will be the only entrance available until the DAM issue towards DHA Expressway is resolved. If you have been thinking to buy something in DHA Valley, kindly do so immediately as prices will start rising immediately.
