DHA Again Extends River View South Confirmation Payment Deadline
Good news for the DHA Phase 4 River View South Block members, the DHA Islamabad – Rawalpindi administration has announced the River View South confirmation extension. The extension in the deadline for confirmation charges was announced after the administration got tons of requests from members, who could not submit this payment due to different reasons. This news was officially announced on the website as well as the social media pages of the authority.
The official notification released by the administration is as follows:
In the past, 10th October was mentioned as the deadline, however, now, DHA officials have announced a River View South confirmation extension. This extension has provided plenty of time to members who did not successfully clear their dues until 10th October. However, now they can submit the confirmation payment by 31 October. It is also important to mention, that this is also the deadline for clearing the application charges.
River View South is a newly launched block in DHA Islamabad – Rawalpindi located on the main Adyala Road, facing Sawan River from one side, hence the name. It is also benefitting from Rawalpindi Ring Road, as it lies just minutes away from the proposed Adyala Road Interchange at Khasala. River View South Block features an array of residential plots like 5 Marla, 7 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal. Furthermore, these plots are available on easy installment plans of 1, 2, and 3 years and customers can also extend their plans to 4 years.
Furthermore, the development is in full swing at this block, and the groundwork is being completed swiftly. The balloting of this new block has already been held successfully through a transparent computerized system.
Now that the confirmation payment date is extended, customers should act fast and clear their dues in time to avoid any problems in the future!
