According to the latest news, Capital Development Authority (CDA) has plans to award Park Enclave Phase 2 and 3 possessions to the rightful owners. Park Enclave Phase 2 and 3 possessions of residential plots will be awarded to members, according to news shared by CDA.
Capital Development Authority (CDA) is all set to award the possessions of CDA Park Enclave Phase 2 and Phase 3 to the allottees that have been clearing the dues on time. The possession ceremony is scheduled to be held at the end of June 2023. The allottees that have cleared the dues against their plots will be allowed to collect the possession letters after this ceremony is conducted successfully.

According to the officials of CDA, the civic agency is about to fulfill the promise of awarding the possessions to members. In this effort, CDA has planned to award over 5,000 developed residential plots in Park Enclave 2 and 3. But in this phase, a total of 600 residential possessions will be handed over to the owners. According to the details, the possessions of 200 residential plots of Phase 2 and 400 plots of Phase 3 will be granted by CDA. However, CDA has promised to deliver the possession of all plots before or till June 30, 2030.
CDA officials advised the members to clear their outstanding dues to get possessions. Furthermore, interested members can also get possessions of their plots via the online portal. Furthermore, members can also contact the civic agency to get ownership of plots and start the construction of their homes.
