CDA Overseas Enclave Apartments for Overseas Pakistanis
CDA Overseas Enclave Apartments are planned by CDA on instructions from Prime Minister Imran Khan. He has recently chaired the meeting to discuss the development and planning of Overseas Enclave Islamabad. Capital Development Authority (CDA) plans to develop 6,000 apartments at a prime location in the Federal Capital of Pakistan.

PM Imran Khan addressed the meeting and emphasized the importance of foreign remittance from 9 million Overseas Pakistanis. The remittance amount is crucial for Pakistan’s economy and overseas Pakistanis can play their role by investing in Pakistan.
CDA is planning to develop CDA Overseas Enclave Apartments in record time and the proposal was appreciated by the PM himself. This will be home to 35,000 people and the payment plan is directed towards Overseas Pakistanis.
Imran Khan advised the CDA to ensure that CDA Overseas Enclave Apartments building structures are robust and there should not be any compromise on quality. The idea is to attract Overseas Pakistanis and this can only be an attractive option for them if it is not only luxurious but with great build quality.
The pricing of CDA Overseas Enclave Apartments was also advised to be kept competitive concerning the current real estate market. Pricing is another factor to consider before setting a value for these apartments.
The estimated cost of this project is around 700 million USD but it is expected to bring in more investment once it is developed. Overseas Pakistanis can own an apartment in the heart of Islamabad.

This meeting was attended by the dignitaries of all the concerned organizations and authorities. Lt. Gen. Retd. Anwar Ali, Chairman Naya Pakistan Housing and Development Authority, and Mr. Syed Tariq Mehmood-ul-Hassan, Special Assistants to the Prime Minister on Overseas were also present in this meeting.
This meeting was also joined through the video link by Mr. Imran Amin CEO of Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA). All the apartments will be sold to overseas Pakistanis making it a safe choice for them.
