Overview
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is planning to develop Park Enclave Heights, a residential project of 6000 luxury apartments for overseas Pakistanis. According to details, 400 ft. high 10 towers spanning over 32 floors will be constructed in Park Enclave Islamabad. The project offers 1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed, and 5 bed luxury apartments on easy installments plan, and booking will be processed through Roshan Digital Accounts.
As of now, the construction will take place in two different phases with the first to complete 6,000 units and the second one will have 4,000 units constructed in Park Enclave Islamabad.
This scheme is aimed at overseas Pakistanis who can easily invest in this project using Roshan Digital Account. This project will commence from February 2022 and the overseas Pakistanis are encouraged to take part in it due to tax exemptions offered to NRPs.
The project is meant to generate revenue in terms of foreign remittance as the overseas Pakistanis will be investing in this project. It is expected to generate 1.6 billion US Dollars and a total of 3 years will be required to complete it.
Park Enclave Heights Approval
The project will be put forth for approval from the cabinet after the first Project Concept is approved by Central Development Working Party (CDWP). The project will be completed by a subsidiary of CDA known as Islamabad Development Fund Limited (IDFL).
Owners & Developer
Islamabad Development Fund Pvt. Limited is an approved subsidiary of CDA by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) that will be responsible for the development of Park Enclave Heights. A Board of Directors will manage the project and its progress.
Since this is a government initiative, all relevant government institutions are involved in this mega residential project including CDA, and State bank of Pakistan.
