Capital Smart City Reschedules First Ballot Date
Capital Smart City has announced revised schedule of first ballot of residential and commercial plot in its Overseas and Executive Blocks. The ballot was scheduled to be held in 3rd week of November this year, however it has now been postponed for one month due to so-called “Political Unrest”.
Map of Capital Smart City Overseas and Executive Blocks is out now, and those who are eligible for selection of plots can now select their plots on the map by visiting Capital Smart City Head Office. The selection option is being given to those who booked plots at 50% or 100% upfront payment. The selection process will continue till December 05, 2019, so eligible members must confirm their plot numbers before the given deadline.

After selection of plots is over, remaining eligible files will be included in the first ballot. The computerized ballot to allot numbers to residential and commercial plots will be held in 3rd week of December 2019.
