Capital Smart City New Discount Offer August 2023
Capital Smart City is a state-of-the-art, sustainable, and futuristic housing project of FDHL present on the main Chakri Road, close to Islamabad International Airport. The administration of the society brings excellent discount offers for the members from time to time, to facilitate them financially as much as possible. This time, the management has announced a discount on paying the outstanding installments of residential and commercial plots.
Capital Smart City is all set for delivery ahead of time, along with it, the administration often brings relief to the customers, and such efforts are made as social responsibility. This new discount policy is valid for the members owning residential or commercial plots in the society and was announced recently on 18th August 2023.
Following are the details of the discount offered in this policy:
- All members owning residential or commercial plots can avail 3% discount on each installment upon clearing the outstanding dues.
- Similarly, a 6% discount is offered on clearing the advance installments of residential and commercial plots.
- New members who book residential or commercial plots 50% down will get a 7% discount.
- In the case of purchasing a plot with 100% payment, customers will get a 12% discount.
Note: It is important to mention that members can avail discounts on up to 3 installments.

Discounts Deadline
Along with this offer, the administration of CSC has also announced a deadline. Members can avail of these discounts between 21st August 2023 and 16th September 2023, meaning that 16th September is the last date to avail of any of the above-mentioned discounts.
Note: Members should stay advised that this offer is only eligible on installment plots, it won’t be applicable whilst paying installments via file merging.
This is an excellent offer for the new as well as the existing members of Capital Smart City. They can submit installments and get good discounts, furthermore, the new members who purchase plots on 50% and 100% payment, can get up to 7% and 12% discounts.
