Capital Smart City Introduces New File Transfer Policy
Capital Smart City files transfer policy is recently updated by the management. Capital Smart City acts as excellent returns on investments so the sale and purchase are happening a lot. File transfer is done between sellers and buyers frequently. So, one must be informed of the latest file transfer policy as directed by society.
Capital Smart City Files Transfer Policy
Following is the updated Capital Smart City files transfer policy:
- Files from the years 2017, 2018, and 2019 with just 10% or 20% payment will be considered canceled by Capital Smart City.
- The unblocked files from 2017 must be 45% paid for unblocking. Moreover, these files are transferable after 100% payment clearance.
- The unblocked files from the year 2018 are transferable if and only if 65% to 75% dues are cleared against the file.
- Similarly, unblocked files from 2019 are transferable only if 50% amount is paid. Moreover, these files are eligible for rescheduling of 1 year.
- 2020 files are eligible for transfer if 20% payment is cleared along with 3 quarters.
- Files from 2021 can be transferred upon 20% payment clearance and 2 quarters.
- Whereas, the 2022 files just require 20% payment for transfer eligibility.
Capital Smart City Transfer Policy for Commercial Plots
Capital Smart City transfer policy for the commercial plots is also updated by the management. Following is the revised policy:
- There is a choice for commercial plots; customers can opt for whichever payment is higher for their files:
- Commercial plots are eligible for transfer if a minimum 60% payment is cleared against the file.
A commercial plot file with 6 quarters is also eligible for transfer.
Second File Transfer Policy
The second transfer of files will be done on the year of transfer and the above-mentioned policy will be applied to their year of transfer.
Balloted File Transfer Policy
Balloted files are eligible for transfer after all dues clear condition. However, the last 2 installments can be compromised.
Note: Payment plans with monthly installments are eligible for transfer only if 6 installments are paid for 2020 and 2022 files.
