Capital Smart City has announced 10 days extension in its discount and surcharge policy. Those existing or potential members who have not been able to avail this offer till date still stand a chance to get lucrative discounts on payment of outstanding or upcoming installments by the given deadline. Earlier the policy deadline was 30th of April, which has now been extended till 10th of May, 2020.
The discount policy applies to residential plots and villas ranging from 5 marla up to 40 marla, and commercial plots ranging from 4 marla to 8 marla. It allows existing members to avail 10% discount on maximum of 3 outstanding or upcoming installments, while new members can avail higher discounts on half or full upfront payments for new plots and villas.
Additionally, the society has decided to levy surcharge on late payments starting from 10th of May 2020. Further details on the new surcharge policy are yet to be disclosed, like how many installments could be outstanding before a surcharge is levied, and the what percentage of surcharge will be levied on outstanding amount.
