Capital Smart City has finally conducted its first ballot of residential and commercial plots today, on December 21st, 2019 at the project site. The grand ballot ceremony was preceded by complete site visit of Capital Smart City, whereby visitors were led through different parts of the society to observe the physical development progress.
The ballot included 2 main blocks of Capital Smart City, i.e. Overseas District 1, and Executive Block. Each block has its own sub-blocks, where plot numbers are being given through computerized ballot.

You may check your ballot results online by entering your membership number (eg. 12345) and CNIC number without dashes.
