Gawadar Development Authority has published a notice for general public which reads that Bella Farms and Landmark group are fake schemes which are advertising to sell properties in Gwadar without acquiring NOC from GDA.
GDA has warned general public to stay away from these fake schemes which are meant to rob general public of their hard-earned money.
GDA has advised general public to check NOC status of all projects at their website “www.gda.gov.pk”.
