Recently, Bahria Town Peshawar registration forms were launched by the administration. Introducing registration forms is a way opted by Bahria Town in some of its past projects and now in Bahria Town Peshawar. By purchasing a form, you become a registered member of the project, and you are offered the plot size you selected during the registration.

The total price of registration is PKR 70,000; this fee is the same for all kinds of properties. Furthermore, this amount is refundable in case of no success in balloting. Moreover, for successful candidates, this amount will be adjusted into installments after booking.

The following terms and conditions should be followed for purchasing/submitting the registration forms of Bahria Town Peshawar:
- The registration fee should be submitted in the form of cash, bank draft, or pay order in the official Bahria Town Private Limited Peshawar Account through banks or head offices.
- PKR 70,000, the fee of registration will be adjusted into installments against the plot sizes.
- This form is just for registration/membership; the allotments will be awarded after approval of PDA NOC.
- People who submit the booking forms will get confirmations after computerized balloting, and those who are not successful in balloting will get a refund.
- Customers who fail to submit booking farms by the deadline will be eligible for a refund after submitting the refund form.
- Bookings will be opened after the official launching of Bahria Town Peshawar.
- The sizes of residential, and commercial plots, and homes will be finalized at the time of booking.
- One form can be used for registering a single property, people interested in multiple properties will purchase multiple forms.
Registration Forms as Investment
Bahria Town Peshawar registration forms are available in the market for PKR 70,000, however, they are being sold a town of up to PKR 50,000 to PKR 75,0000. This means that in the open market, registration forms are being sold from anywhere from PKR 1000,000 to PKR 145,000. This is a form of investment for people who are interested in purchasing property in Bahria Town Peshawar.
