Bahria Town Karachi has launched a new mega deal of luxury apartments in Bahria Paradise Precinct 54. The project is named as “Bahria Central Park Apartments”, as all apartment buildings will be facing the 32 Acre Central Park. It comprises 2 bed luxury apartments, and a limited number of 4 bed luxury penthouses.
There is no information available as to the exact number of apartments, however it is expected to be a mega project with multiple hi-rise apartment towers surrounding the Central Park in Bahria Paradise.
If we look at the master plan of Precinct 54, especially the Central Park area, we can locate these apartments easily.
As you can see on the map, the big red colored plots around the central park are going to be your apartment towers. A five star hotel will also be built right next to the park as 18.5 acres of land is reserved for that.
If you look at the map carefully, the given area of central park is 64 acres. Whereas, in Central Park Apartment advertisements, Bahria Town is showing 32 acres of central park. It means that the total land area reserved for central park has been reduced by half in order to plan more of the apartments.
The central park is currently under development, and it is soon going to be the busiest family amusement hub of Bahria Town.
It has been a long time since we heard of some good news or some attractive project in Bahria Town Karachi. However, Central Park Apartments are expected to be a premium product of Bahria Town Karachi that will be selling like hot cakes.

Booking forms of Central Park apartments were all sold out within 2 days, and dealers are selling same forms worth 1000/- at higher rates in the market. Bahria Town will no longer issue any forms, so you have to buy your form from the market at a little higher price.
